To see all three castles in a day is possible if you are very fit and active but wouldn't recommend it. However if you want to give it a go start with the Castle in Sigulda then a short walk to the cable car which takes you to Krimulda Manor and the ruins of the old castle. Getting to Turaida Castle is the strenuous bit and quite a hike through the Gauja valley. Hope this helps.
